These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of e-Kalinga, a web-based and mobile-responsive platform developed to automate the processing, management, and monitoring of solo parent applications for official purposes.

Your use of the System constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Personal data provided in the System shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable laws.

AUTHORITY

By registering in e-Kalinga, you warrant that you are duly authorized to submit the information provided and that all information supplied is true, accurate, and complete.

False or misleading information may result in your Solo Parent ID application being disqualified or disapproved.

USE OF SYSTEM

Through registration and use of e-Kalinga, you agree that the System shall be used only for the following purposes:

Submitting and renewing your Solo Parent ID application
Accessing and viewing your own profile and application status
Receiving notifications and updates
Using assistance to inquire about benefits and services

DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

All information collected by e-Kalinga is treated as confidential.

Personal information will be used only for the purposes stated and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
